4All.Help does not give legal advice. It does not represent you in court. It does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and anyone.
The information this app provides may contain errors. You must check everything yourself before using it in court. If you can get a lawyer, get a lawyer. This app is here to help when you cannot.
1. What This App Is
4All.Help is a free legal tool that helps you:
- Research Utah law and find real court cases
- Create legal documents formatted for Utah courts
- Check documents for errors and weak arguments
- Understand court papers you have received
- Learn about your legal rights and options
Every citation produced by this app is verified against a database of 28,541 Utah appellate opinions and 8,130 Utah statutes.
2. What This App Is NOT
- It is NOT a law firm.
- It is NOT a lawyer.
- It is NOT a substitute for legal counsel.
- It is NOT affiliated with the Utah Department of Corrections.
- It is NOT a government service.
- It does NOT guarantee any legal outcome.
3. The Price Is Free
This app is free. There is no charge. There is no hidden fee. There is no premium upgrade. There is no trial that expires. All features are available to all users. Always.
4. Your Account
- You must be 18 years or older to use this app.
- Choose a username that does not reveal personal information. Do not use your real name, DOC number, or booking number.
- Keep your password private. Do not share it with anyone, including other inmates and facility staff.
- If someone else uses your account, you are responsible for what they do with it.
5. Rules
By using this app, you agree not to:
- Use the app to plan or assist in committing a crime
- Threaten, harass, or defame any person
- Attempt to access another user's account or data
- Pretend to be a lawyer when you are not one
- Submit documents to court as if a lawyer prepared them, without disclosing that you used this tool
- Try to break, hack, or overload the system
Breaking these rules can result in your account being disabled.
6. Your Documents
Documents you upload belong to you. We do not claim ownership of anything you create or upload.
When you upload a document, the system reads the text, encrypts it, and destroys the original file. Only the encrypted text is kept, and only in your private account.
7. No Guarantees
This app is provided as-is. We do our best to make it accurate and reliable, but we make no promises that:
- Every answer is correct
- Every citation is current and has not been overruled
- Every document will be accepted by a court
- The app will always be available without interruption
You are responsible for checking everything before filing it with a court.
8. We Are Not Responsible For Legal Outcomes
If you use information from this app in court and things do not go the way you hoped, we are not responsible. This includes:
- Lost cases or denied motions
- Sanctions from a court
- Missed deadlines
- Errors in documents you created with this app
- Incorrect legal analysis or missing arguments
9. Your Privacy
Your privacy is protected. Your data is encrypted. No one at your facility can see what you do on this app. For full details, read our

10. Data Deletion
- You can delete your case files at any time.
- You can delete your account at any time.
- If you do not log in for 20 days, your data is automatically and permanently deleted.
- Deleted data cannot be recovered by anyone, including us.
11. Shared Devices
If you use a shared tablet or computer:
- Always log out when you are done.
- The app will automatically log you out after 30 minutes of inactivity.
- When you log out, your session data is erased from the device.
- Never share your password with anyone.
12. Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. If you have a complaint about the service, contact us at the email below. We will try to resolve it fairly.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will show a notice in the app. If you continue using the app after a change, you agree to the new terms.
