Terms of Use

Effective and last updated: August 1, 2026

4All.Help is not a lawyer

4All.Help provides public legal information and tools. It does not give legal advice, represent you, file anything for you, or create an attorney-client relationship. Its information and AI-generated text can be incomplete or wrong. Check the law, court rules, dates, and documents yourself, and use a qualified lawyer when you can.

1. The Service

The public 4All.Help service is free. Public information and the public demonstration do not require an account. Saving work requires an approved account, and an account request may be approved, declined, suspended, or closed to protect users and the service. We may change, pause, or discontinue a feature.

2. Eligibility and Your Account

3. Acceptable Use

Do not use 4All.Help to break the law, threaten or harm a person, submit material you have no right to share, access another user's account or data, evade limits or security controls, overload the service, distribute malware, or misrepresent an output as the work of a lawyer. We may limit or disable access when reasonably needed to stop misuse or protect the service.

4. Your Content and AI Processing

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give BenchSlap LLC a limited permission to host, copy, protect, process, transmit, display to you, and delete that content only as needed to operate 4All.Help, follow your instructions, enforce these terms, and comply with law. You must have the right to submit it.

When you press Ask in the public demonstration, your text is sent to Google or, if needed, OpenAI. Approved account AI features may use Anthropic, Google, or OpenAI only after the current AI-processing agreement is accepted. Do not submit unnecessary confidential or identifying information. See the Privacy Policy for details.

5. Accuracy, Verification, and Deadlines

4All.Help uses source checks and can withhold an answer it cannot verify, but no automated check is complete or infallible. A source can change, an output can omit an issue, and a court can interpret a rule differently. Confirm every citation and filing requirement with the current official source. You are responsible for your filings, choices, and deadlines.

4All.Help is not an emergency, crisis, or PREA reporting service. It does not monitor a court docket or protect a deadline unless a feature expressly says it does. Contact the court, emergency services, the appropriate reporting channel, or a qualified lawyer when the situation requires it.

6. Privacy, Retention, and Deletion

The Privacy Policy explains what is processed, who receives it, safeguards, retention, and deletion. Account deletion uses a durable erasure process and may require retries before stored objects are fully removed. A nonpaying account may be purged after at least 30 days without a login, but only after a warning was sent at least 5 days before the purge.

7. No Guarantee and Limits Allowed by Law

4All.Help is provided as available and without a guarantee of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, court acceptance, or legal outcome. To the fullest extent the law permits, BenchSlap LLC is not responsible for losses caused by relying on an output, a service interruption, a missed deadline, or unauthorized use of an account. These terms do not exclude a right or responsibility that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

8. Changes, Utah Law, and Contact

Utah law governs these terms to the extent it applies. A material change receives a new version, and affected account users must review and accept the current terms before protected features continue. Questions: legal@benchslap.pro.

By using 4All.Help, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
